Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products
• Items damaged by customer misuse
• Customized or personal-use products
• Clearance or sale items

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
